Job Responsibilities
- Identifying business opportunities in global and domestic markets.
- Should be able to communicate in US and Australian accents.
- Driving lead generation efforts and new client acquisition through various channels(Linkedin Sales Navigator, Cold calling, Cold email, social media, and online bidding [Upwork, Guru, Fiverr, etc]).
- Having knowledge of sales inbound and outbound sales and marketing.
- Having knowledge of CRM (Hubspot, lead squared, or any other CRM) is a plus.
- Following the complete sales cycle – generating leads and converting to prospects, validate the lead/prospect, business proposal, negotiation, related documentation & closure of lead.
- Pitching the business service, sending/seeking requisite information/proposal, and following up.
- Understanding and analyzing business & technical requirements from clients.
- Conducting introductory calls and following up with clients both online and offline.
- Relationship management and client engagement with existing and potential clients.
- Brainstorming and implementing new sales strategies to achieve sales goals and revenues.
- Present attractive presentations and write proposals for projects.
- Closing deals by client interaction, bidding, and negotiations.
- Available to work in flexible timings to manage US and Australia-based clients.
- Knowledge of Software technology and being able to provide solutions for digital transformation.
- Having a brief idea of the latest software development tech stack in the market.
